Agreement and Terms of Service between the “Service Provider” and the service applicant, hereinafter referred to as the “Member,” as follows:
- Any act related to publishing, whether via email and/or the Member’s homepage, shall be solely the Member’s responsibility. The Service Provider bears no involvement whatsoever.
- This service must not be used to disseminate, reference, implicate, defame, or take any action that causes damage to national institutions, religion, or the Monarchy.
- Members must keep their passwords confidential to prevent unauthorized access to the system, which may cause harm to the Member and/or the overall server system.
- The email service must not be used in a manner that causes inconvenience to others, such as posting inappropriate messages, advertisements, or information that is misleading or annoying to others in public spaces, such as website message boards or social media platforms like Facebook.
- Members are prohibited from sending SPAM emails using addresses referencing this server to other individuals without the recipient’s authorization or consent.
- Any person who sends SPAM emails shall be held liable to the Service Provider and agrees to compensate for all resulting damages.
- Members are prohibited from taking any action that may cause damage or harm to the overall server system.
- This service must not be used to store or distribute data, images, audio, or content that is fraudulent, obscene, illegal, or immoral, including pirate software, cracks, or hacks, nor to attack other servers via mail bombs, hack attacks, spamming, port scanning, or port probing. Members who distribute such content or use the service in this manner will be considered to be in violation and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of Thai law.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service requests without explanation and to terminate the membership of any person who violates or attempts to violate these terms without prior notice.
- Members are prohibited from using this service to store or distribute any reproduced or modified content that infringes copyright, or to store data or provide any services to other websites.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to pursue maximum legal action against any person who attempts to cause harm to the server system.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for performance issues, delays, errors, data loss, or any damages beyond its control.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to use and/or disclose Member information upon request by government authorities.
- In the event of a complaint, request, or discovery of suspicious activity, the Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the Member’s service pending investigation and verification of the matter. This website cooperates with the Royal Thai Police in such investigations.
- If you encounter or become aware of a website containing inappropriate or disruptive content, please report the information so that appropriate action may be taken against such websites.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate this service upon discovering that a Member has violated the agreement or that their actions may cause harm to the overall server system, including security breaches, attempted system intrusion, unauthorized access to server or Member data, or any actions that place excessive load on the server.
The Company considers that all Members have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions prior to registering for our services.
